The Academy contracts with an extended stay hotel located near our Plano Learning Center. The facility offers stoves, refrigerators, living areas, and other in-room amenities to make extended stays more comfortable. In addition, the facility offers workout facilities, a swimming pool, laundry facilities, free breakfasts, and other amenities. The hotel is located within walking distance to restaurants, pubs, and shopping centers. 

The costs of the hotel is $135 per night for a single room. Included in the hotel rate, is a fee that covers bus transportation each day to and from the classroom and transportation to and from organized field trips and social events. 

Although participants are not required to stay at the Academy hotel, we strongly encourage participants to do so. The opportunity to reside in the same location, share meals, and organize social gatherings greatly increases the bonds formed by participants. In addition, individuals staying at other hotels must find their own transportation to class each day since bus transportation to class is only available for individuals paying the Academy rate at the Academy hotel. 

Information regarding the hotel and booking rooms will be provided to individuals after they are admitted to the Academy.
