The Academy partners with an extended stay hotel located near our Plano Learning Center. The hotel offers spacious suites featuring kitchens, comfortable living areas, and a range of in-room amenities designed to make extended stays more convenient. Guests also have access to on-site workout facilities, a swimming pool, laundry services, complimentary hot breakfast, and other features. The hotel is within walking distance of restaurants, pubs, and shopping centers.

Hotel rates for the 61st Academy have been negotiated at $139 per night. The negotiated rate will include daily bus transportation to and from the classroom, as well as transportation to organized field trips and social events.

While staying at the Academy-designated hotel is not mandatory, we strongly encourage all participants to do so. Living in the same location fosters stronger connections, shared experiences, and easier coordination of social activities. Please note that bus transportation to class is only provided for those staying at the Academy hotel under the Academy rate; participants staying elsewhere will need to arrange their own transportation.

Detailed information about the hotel and booking procedures will be shared with participants upon admission to the Academy.
